• Brand Kit information: brokerage, license number, contact details, tagline, areas served, colors, fonts, and other brand attributes you configure.
• Uploaded images, logos, and headshots: files you upload for use in generated content and landing pages.
• Generated content: posts, captions, reels, story sequences, listing descriptions, lead magnets, and related metadata produced through the platform.
• Social account connections: OAuth tokens and account identifiers from platforms you connect (e.g. Facebook, Instagram). Tokens are stored encrypted and used only to publish on your behalf.
• Lead capture data: information leads submit on your landing pages, including name, email, phone, and any optional fields you enable.
• Email delivery data: delivery, open, click, bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe events for transactional and lead-related emails sent through the platform.
• Payment and subscription data: plan, status, billing identifiers, and transaction metadata processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Analytics and usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser details, IP address, approximate location, and error diagnostics.
• Cookies and tracking: first-party cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, and aggregated analytics. Landing pages may include attribution parameters in URLs (such as content and CTA identifiers).

• Operate, maintain, and improve the platform and its features.
• Generate, schedule, and publish content on your behalf.
• Capture, deliver, and route leads to your connected destinations.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, lead notifications, follow-ups).
• Provide analytics, reporting, attribution, and recommendations.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, AI model providers, analytics).
• Your connected destinations such as social networks, CRMs, Zapier, or custom webhooks you configure for lead delivery or publishing.
• Leads you collect are made available to you, the agent who owns the workspace, and to the destinations you configure.
• Legal and safety when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

The platform integrates with third-party services to deliver core functionality, including authentication providers, AI model providers, email delivery, payment processing, social publishing platforms, and CRM/automation tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained in backups or as required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of your information.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails.

The platform is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

The platform is operated from the United States and your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
